Antiques,
books and toys filled the parking lot of the Community of Christ Church
on Saturday, marking the inaugural "Ends and Odds" sale. All
proceeds from the sale benefited the Children's Catastrophic Assistance
Network (CCAN), a non-profit corporation formed to improve the quality
of life for children and their families who have been involved in
traumatic accidents, have debilitating illnesses, or were born with
deformities who cannot function without special care. If you
were not able to attend this sale, there is still a chance to make a
donation. CCAN is also seeking board members and volunteers. Community of Christ Church is at 395 S. Tustin St. To donate or to volunteer to CCAN, contact Adele Graves at 714-532-9800.
